This clever set is made up of two parts, the first being a Cork Opener that has been designed especially for opening champagne and wine. Bottles can be opened by pressing either an index finger or a thumb on the top of the Opener, which will hold down the cork to stop it ricocheting away.

Then you have Modél 54, a universal cork that fits any bottle and preserves aroma and bubbles. So if you don’t get to finish that champagne bottle you just cracked open, you can save it for a rainy day…
